How do I cancel an order on PrintMagical.com?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order. Simply email us at order@printmagical.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, it can't be cancelled.
Note: Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed.
Replacement Policy:
Products are eligible for replacement if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. To request a replacement, please reach out to us within 2 hours of receiving the package. We will ship a brand-new replacement, and a shipping cost may be charged. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when reverse pickup is arranged.
Note: Returns are not applicable for personalized orders.
We take great care to ensure the quality of each product, but if fragile items are damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available for personalized orders, as they are specifically customized for you. Once the order is processed and customization begins, refunds cannot be processed.
We strive for the highest quality and accuracy in all our products. If there is an issue with your order, such as a defect or error on our part, please contact our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or product correction.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for changes in personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Exchange Policy:
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product. However, since all our products are personalized and customized specifically for you, exchanges are not applicable once the order has been placed and customization has begun.
Exceptions to Exchange Policy: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your package to initiate the exchange process. We will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a brand-new replacement at an additional shipping cost.
Important Notes:
The original product tag and packaging must be intact when a reverse pickup is made.
Exchanges are not applicable for any products that have been personalized or customized according to the details provided by you.
